New CCC Implementation Rules for CCC Certification

According to No. 23 & 31 CNCA's bulletins published recently, new version of CCC implementation rules for 17 product groups were enforced starting from Sept. 1st. and new version of CCC implementation rules for other 15 product groupds will be enforced starting from 2015-01-01.
